In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws (specifically Directive 2011/83/EU and national regulations regarding health and safety), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been broken after delivery.
As our products are personal care items that come into direct contact with the skin during use, they are classified as health and hygiene products. Once the original protective seal (plastic wrap/packaging) has been removed or damaged, the item is excluded from return or exchange. This is due to the fact that, for hygiene and safety reasons, the product cannot be resold after the seal has been opened.
